Inner Nourishing, or Nei Yang Gong, Qigong is a form of MEDICAL QIGONG. The first 12 forms are practiced in order to "Transform muscles and tendons and mobilize qi." They can help to harmonize the body, creating balance within. These forms were created by Dr. Liu Ya Fei and her father to supplement the quiescent qigong. Dr. Liu Ya Fei visited Hilo to do workshops on Inner Nourishing Qigong in August 2016.
