Inner Nourishing, or Nei Yang Gong, Qigong is a form of MEDICAL QIGONG. The first 12 forms are practiced in order to "Transform muscles and tendons and mobilize qi." They can help to harmonize the body, creating balance within. These forms were created by Dr. Liu Ya Fei and her father to supplement the quiescent qigong. Dr. Liu Ya Fei visited Hilo to do workshops on Inner Nourishing Qigong in August 2016.
Part 1 will focus on the first 6 of 12 forms. Part 2 will focus on the last 6 forms.

- Low impact exercise, tones muscles, stretches ligaments, regulates breathing, improves balance, reduces physical pain
- Prevents and decreases certain diseases, such as depression, stress, insomnia, digestive issues, etc.
- Can be practiced anytime or anyplace.
- Beneficial for all ages.
- Jana Ching, Licensed Acupuncturist. Accredited/Approved teacher in Nei Yang Gong Qigong and Tai Ji Quan 24 from Beidaihe Training Base since 2011 in China. Traveled to National Beidaihe Hospital in China for 7 years.
- Jorgeen Lee-Ching, Occupational Therapist. Approved teacher in Nei Yang Gong Qigong and Tai Ji Quan 24 from Beidaihe Training Base in China since 2012. Traveled to National Beidaihe Hospital in China for 8 years, and ed groups from USA to the National Beidaihe Hospital for training since 2011.
Please wear loose clothing and comfortable shoes. Also, bring water to hydrate yourself.
